its a older host, but i refound it :D haha, joke, it passed my way, when i was searchin a provider at the list @ freewebspace.net :D...

They're a pretty good host. They don't add any intrusive advertising (buttons are placeable), and I don't think I've heard any complaints. They also seem relatively fast. You might want to give them a try.
 
We are not affiliated with 4gigs.com but they used to
be hosted on our network.

Unless they have changed, they don't offer FREE mysql
database access. It is a pay upgrade.

Yup, 4gigs has been reliable for me, though I think they have to accept your application before you can get hosted. err well I forget how I applied... but anyway here is what they offer:
