Loaded semi-quickly and didn't hose up my browser (Nescape 4.7) like other web sites do.

I like the 'site map' at the top...nice touch. Might set the table border to 0 and just have the colored bar? After the entire page loaded the dropdown menu doesn't come to the top, it goes under your page content... you need to fix that.

The table on your main page looks cluttered...remove some of the content or put it all on one side so it's like a margin filled with your banners/counter/buttons/information.

I didn't go through all of your website, but it looks like you have a lot of content.

Good job on your first installment :) As you grow and change and add/delete new things it will only get better! :)

Ya, I discovered my beautiful Menu dosen't like Netscape...
So I'm going to have to change that, it's a known JS/DHTML problem that I can't fix. :(

As far as the main page, I was trying to make it simple and efficient, all on one screen. Ya, maybe depending on screen size determines how cluttered it looks, I have a 15inch, and the bottom part of the screen might be the most cluttered. :)
 
I have a 17" monitor and it seemed cluttered because the table had a LOT of stuff on each side of and the bottom. You might want to clean that up a little bit to have your opening page look more professional.

Too bad that menu doesn't work in Netscape :( I really like it, too...
