I am looking for Linux-powered VPS (preferably Fedora - AFAIK, CPanel/WHM isn't officially supported at CentOS), the parameters:

RAM 512Mb or more
CPU 1200MHz or more
Disk 45 Gb or more
Bandwidth 200 Gb or more
Price: looking for 20 USD, up to 25 USD monthly
Hosting provider for at least 1.5 year in business, w/good reputation

Is the above possible in this reality?

Waiting for more offers, however, while looking further into the AccurateHub reviews. The promotion mentioned, alas, does not apply to the OVZ-1 plan matching the budget.
