That's what I was thinking too.

[root@united.states /root]# chmod a+x /bin/laden

@united.states means at the US
I'm guessing the chmod means that the US will access or execute Bin Laden.

That's as far as I can see.

Maybe it means "ax Bin Laden"? :p

The chmod a+x gives everyone permission to execute. (Rather than just the owner, group, or no one.)
