Our resources range from a humble 50MBs of space with 1GB of bandwidth, to a powerful 5GBs of space with 100GBs of Bandwidth.
One of the key philosophies of Liway has been to always run cutting edge software, and as such we have all the doo-daaz, like cPanel 11, PHP 5 and MySQL 5. We look forward in being one of the first hosts to upgrade to PHP 6, once a stable version is released.
We pride ourselves on our services to our customers, and we treat everyone equally - whether they are a free customer, or a paid customer. If you want something installed on the server, be it a php extension or a script, then it shall be done for you.
Liway will be celebrating our 3rd Birthday in a month and a bit, and we have been around for a very long time. During that time we've acquired many customers, and are always looking to gain more.
We boast a powerful quad-CPU server with 4GBs of RAM, and DDoS protection to ensure we are always up and running. In fact, we haven't had a single downtime for many months. Check our uptime stats.
We provide many services apart from free hosting, such as paid & reseller hosting as well as domain and digital certificate services, so you can be confident that we have multiple streams of income to pay for our servers. And of course, it's convenient for you, since you can do all your website-related shopping in one place!
Our unique Activity Rank system combined with post2host methodologies provides a fair way for people to "pay" for free hosting. We "charge" very little however, a few posts here and there and you're set for a month.
We have many academics at Liway, and we realise the importance of study, and that you cannot always be around to post. This is why we don't require customers to post every month, so long as they have enough points in their account - which once again, is not all that much.
