Looking for a free host to start out on... any help?

I am making a website about fighting games, and I am looking to start out on a free host, if it gets big then eventually I will upgrade to a paid host or something, but here is what I will need, more is always welcome :biggrin2:

100 MB Webspace
5 GB Bandwidth
No Ads (a popup is negotiable but absolutely no banner ads)
No Forum Posts! (at least not for 5gb bandwidth, for more I would)
No Hit requirements (remember, im just starting out right now)
PHP
FTP
Forums must be allowed (it won't be forum only)
Fast. If I want a slow free server I'd go to thefreeserver.com and get 2gb space and 60gb bandwidth, but it is so slow that it makes the entire purpose of hosting pointless.

Can anyone recommend a good host? Thanks for any help I might get.

there are plenty of good free hosts out there, but if you are just starting out and your site isn't even eastblished then why do you need 5GB data transfer?

We have the most ideal hosting plan for starters: 20Mb diskspace and 200Mb transfer with lots of features.
