php/mysql/perl/htaccess/ssi
ftp (anon would be nice, or at least a 2nd user with restrictions, but not required)
domain hosting w/ e-mail redirection and at least one (pref 5, or at least 2, but one would work..) pop3 acct
No ads, in my search today... bleh
5-10(+) gigs of transfer a month
