looking for a paid host

Here is what I need:

• At least 100 megs of space
• 1 GB to Unlimited bandwidth
• 5+ MySQL dbs
• Asp, PHP, CGI, Perl support
• At least 3 domain names with email shell and unlimited addresses
• phpmail() or STMP mail function
• FTP uploading with anon acces and at least 3 admin accounts

I'm willing to pay up to $30 american. Any hosts?
