Looking for a web designer

Conscript

I am currently working on a project for a client and I am in need of a web template that I can use for a website.

Some quick details about the project:
- The website needs to look very professional
- All source materials must be turned over (e.x. photoshop files)
- All work must be original or royalty-free
- All work is "work made for hire"
- The website will be small, requiring no more than 6 sections
- SEO Optimization is desired, but not required

To give you an idea of what I am looking for and what I am not looking for, as well as a taste of the industry your template will be used for here are some examples:

What I consider amateruish/not what I want:
http://www.chicagogranitecountertop.com
http://www.pomamarble.com/
http://www.kitchencountertops.us/

What I consider professional/on the right track:
http://www.plan-itgranite.com/

Sorry I don't have more examples, but I think you guys know what I am looking for. No fancy flash intros, not too busy, just smooth flowing, easy to use, clean, and easy to customize. Doesn't have to be AS advanced as the "professional" example, but it must have that "professional" feel (so it doesn't look like some high school kid did it on his lunch break, basically).

As far as the money, I will accept reasonable bids (must be less than or equal to $100) depending on the level of work you do. For your safety, I will give a thumbs up/down to templates you submit to me in JPG form or whatever other format so you know I can't use it unless I pay. I can pay using PayPal, Amazon Gift Certificates (or any other online gift cert that is reputable), or whatever other creative suggestions (though I am sure that should cover most people).

In the bidding process I will be considering both the price you bid and the value proposition (meaning how reasonable is your bid compared to how good your template looks and what features you are delivering).

Thanks for your time, and if you are interested please PM me!
