Looking for a webdesigner....

Hey All,

I have had extremely bad luck getting a designer that sticks around, or one that actually doesn't go missing after sending payment.

I am looking for hosts that have used a designer, and can give them a testimonial, and possibly forward my contact info to them.

I don't really have a budget in mind - Under $500 would be nice.

And by 500$ you meant like a monthly contract, or thats like just one site development you need ?

Not a monthly contract - a one time for the design. Ideally, i'd like to spend less, but sometimes things arn't always ideal.
