looking for cpanel hosting

Hey I'm looking for a free cpanel hosting account. here are my requirements:

200mb-500mb space
1-5gb bw (i probably won't need over 1gb)
3-10 other features (mysql, email, ect)
I can put something like "Hosted by ....." on the bottom of every page with your url, maybe even a small image, but no big ads.
no posting (i am very busy lately, and can't dedicate my self to posting.)
cPanel
php 5
safe mode off
mod_rewrite
good uptime (atleast 90%)

if my needs expand then we could negotiate a paid plan.

cPanel 11 with all the usual features active, fantastico ect.
10 of each feature, databases, Email, FTP ect.
