I'm looking for a dedicated server with the following specs;

Memory 512MB or 1GB
Hard Drive: 80GB or more
Ips: 5 usable or more.
Bandwidth 1TB (1,000GB)
OS: Linux-Cpanel (Fantastico would be a plus)
Our price range is around $100.

We'd like a company with good support.

1500GB transfer is a lot :) Maybe take a look at Nocster? Their Celeron plan is similar with your requirements. About the support. when I had tried them 1 month before, the support is so so, not very good, but if you know about server, you can live with that :)
 
Your price range is hard to meet with a free cPanel. You might consider revamping the amount you can pay and that would get you more offers.

Mostly, dedicated server comes with only 5 usable IP (total of 8), any other IPs will need to be justified. Just to point that out, do you think you'll need al 6 or 8, or would 5 be fine?

Also, are these managed or unmanaged? If unmanaged, I'd suggest you go for LT servers.

Edit: We have a Server Admnsitrator so unmanaged is fine.
