Looking for Free Domain Name

Im looking for a free domain service like "UNI.CC" which isnt taking new registrations at the moment.I tried "DOT.TK",but I can't seem to turn off the pop-banner,even though they say you can.And I'm not talking about one of those lame "kickme.to" URL redirects.Any help would be apprecitated.

You will probably never see a free .com/.net/.org.
However there are many places where you can go.

Acidmist.com- must get lots o hits on your website.

http://tosdomains.com - register a domain for 8.88/yearly (got mine there)

wont dont you try http://www.-------- i've used them in the past very good and it is only cancelled when you dont want it any more and you can also setup mail aliases i.e. yourname@youraddress.--------

Ok...can I get a little in help with the above translation.I have NO clue what you mean.

try a www.co.nr , they've just got back online. You could also try a www.biz.ly or www.eu.org. both offer dns support. Besides that there's not alot out there. could also try a www.co.sr but it doesn't have dns support unless you pay for it.

Are all of those actually name servers or redirects? I'm not sure how that works.

Do they work on paid hosts?

these are all redirects that offer dns support not free domains. free domains don't exist any more unless your go for a com.ru domain name. these redirects all work with any payed host and you shouldn't have any problems with it.
