if you dont know PR then obviously you dont know SEO.. it shows because the PR for your site is ZERO.

Don't think your gonna stay long with that host...

What does the PR for jchman2007's site has to do with him not knowing SEO?
 
Thats a huge amount of bandwidth. You'd be best off on a VPS of your own, if you were hosted on our free server it would cripple everyone elses sites. I would need a lot more than 4 links, more like 20-30 plus i'd have to spend time selling them on and collecting money.
 
If you're ever going to host a proxy, I wouldn't advice you do it in a shared environment. A VPS like v0dka said will suite your needs, but what you're asking for is to much - especially for a free host.
