- At least 4 ftp accounts
- Cgi-bin
- Not a windows server! Unix or Linux!
- SSI Support
- FAST SERVER (please dont ask what i consider fast is)
* NO SET UP FEE

Optional...

- Php Support (4.1.2)
- Mysql (at least 1 database)
- Icq or Aim support
- At least 1 year in business (or in other words reliable)
- Payable buy paypal (doesnt really matter though)
- Site statistics

i´m not sure if they have subdomains, multiple ftp accounts, i guess you could ask them, they seem to have the rest of the things you wanted though... what did you mean by icq or aim support btw?
