I am tired of the problems with free web hosts but have been unable to get a paid hosting service because I do not have a Credit Card and live outside the US (Canada) - also, as I am on a fixed income, I cannot pay for a whole year at once. So, I am looking for a host that will allow me to send in quarterly payments in the form of money order. Here's what I am looking for features wise:

Needs:

50 MB + space (mine is a Paintshop Pro graphics site)
A good amount of bandwidth (preferably at least 3 gigs)
FTP
ability to have zip files on site
ability to have files of 200kb (I don't have alot but do have some)
no ads

Wants:
hotlinking for posting images on message boards
POP 3 email

Of course, preferably little down time.

I do not need php, cgi or any of that fancy stuff.


It would be great if the site could be set up now and I will send payment right away but I do understand if this is not possible.

Any offers will be gratefully considered.
