No need one just sign up with paypal (it is free) then get a temporary host and start asking donations and place goclick ads (they pay to your paypal). Tell your visitors to either click,donate or temporarily disable their popblocker so your site will get hits from popups,clicks and donation.
Even when you go paid hosting it is hard to find shell access.
