Looking to host my messaging site

I plan to have my hosted site be a site all about instant messaging. I will have how it works, the program links, some cool addons, text styles, and stuff like that. I do strongly plan to also have the hosts banner on my site if I am excepted because I believe since you hosted me you should get some credit. There will be a forum on my site but that will not be the main attraction.

I am looking for this on my hosting plan!

75-100 megs
4 Gig bw
cpanel and fantastico would be nice
ads are okay

You do know that none of the offers and suggestions mentioned by
the other members above require any posting, right?

Clubhost doesn't require any posting to get a hosting account
and, as far as I am aware neither does Liquidgoat!
