Looking to set up a basic site with a forum

Hi all, I'm looking to set up a basic site with a forum on it so people can talk about files and stuff, and I need to know how to set one up too.

I need the site to have the following:
1GB space (higher could be a bonus but not really needed I guess)
1GB to 2GB or higher bandwidth
forum
no host ads (I will add ads I want)

help is very much appreciated.
