Man charged over (sharing) viral baby-swinging video

From what I heard, people lost their rights here when the last PM was in power, the one before Kevin Rudd. Can't think of the idiot's name now.

lol, its just a stage the world is going through atm, not just australia.
It will pass, they always do.
He may be charged but he wont be convicted. ;)
