i agree with the above, u could imprive on it by adding more graphics and effects. maybe even more colors??
 
I'm going to aggree with the above. You've got a good basis, but work on adding color and spice... I like to have at least 3 different colors (not shades, colors) in all my designs.
 
Any suggestions on where I could add more graphics? Lol. I'm having trouble with that part. I don't see where it needs more graphics. Many people add graphics just to add them, what's the point when it is slowing your site down?
 
Argh. I like my header/footer that is there. It maybe simple but all my friends who use WebTV love it because it loads fast.
 
it looks better and more interesting with shapes (the curves) but u still need maybe a few textures or effects.

for fast loading i give u a 10/10, for design 6/10
