New Policy
We also have updated our policy to include Domain Pointing, Suspension/Termination policy. This means if you do not point your domain to the server associated to your service we will suspend your service until your domain is pointed and after 7 days the account is terminated.
Clients are given the opportunity to speak to staff before termination to fix any errors.
