Mostly email host needed for personal project

I need a free host with the following specs:

Some webspace
Some bandwidth
An attractive subdomain tied to:
At least 1 POP3 email account, preferably with mailing list functions ala CPANEL or such, but not required.
Ads are welcome, but I will not post on your message board for any reason.

For the following reasons:

I will be more than willing to PM anyone the details of my endevour, and the reasons for my needs. Due to it's nature, I am unwilling to devulge that on the open forum.

Serious PM's only.

Note: I will not be using this account for SPAM or any other illegal activity... moral lines may be crossed, but if you are wondering about them, please PM me.

I can assure you that the outcome of this will be awesome, and in a short while, fives will abound.
