well a lot of hosts only allow english sites because they do not want to host anything they don't understand themselves.
If they don't understand the site, they can't really judge what it's based on.
(ex. u could easily have a terrorist site in chinese or something and they would never catch you)

there are many dictionaries that translate sites for English for free. so thats not a prob.:doh!: :doh!: :doh!: :doh!: :doh!:

I don't see a problem if there was 2 version of the same site available to all users. But, again, how do we know what version 1 says if we do not understand the language? I can understand where you are comming from but you have to understand that a lot of hosts only know english.
