My wordpress site, please give some advice

I have recently setup a blog using wordpress under http://csmagz.com and want to get some advice so i can improve the user experience, hope you can take a look and comment

Lookin good. Seems like you could benefit from image compression though to make your site load faster. Wish I could read more of your content

I like the flash in your header. Now you just need more posts. Your layout and navigation are simple. I like that.

Nice content structure, makes it very user friendly ^^ My suggestion would be to place your Logo next to your nav (removing the red bg) and making the nav thicker to align with the Logo text.
