managed wordpress hosting

need 3 gb space and 70 gb bandwidth

hello all paid hosters , i need 3 gb space and around 70 to 80 gb badwidth permonth , but the thing is i need a host who is not in under USA laws

dont worry we r not doing anything illegal ,we just have a small p2p community and we dont want to be harrased by other usa laws ,
we will not put anything illegal on ur site , we only have a p2p forum which is still active ,
intrested people reply only , u shoud also own ur servers , i dont want a hosting from a guy who himself has a reseller :shame:

if it's not illegal, then why is it such a big deal. further more, even if the server is in another country, that doesn't make it legal to perform the activity in the U.S. as long as the server doesn't reside on U.S. property.

i dont think ur too good in the law , india doesnt care what the us laws are ,
but let me tell u that laws in india for cyber crime is more strict then usa

but the whole thing is about p2p which creates a big buz in the us ,but in india it is still low profile , if u cant offer anything ,please dont reply to this post , i am asking for paid hosting ,if any people can give it ,please contact me :)

and others who sent me a pm please also mention where ur servers are located , and i also wanted to tell you that we dont use the server for any hacking thing , as i already stated before it is a small p2p community ,
and we are looking to host klite software somewhere .

we may buy the account for one year if the offer is good ,

For one thing, all downloading and usage of files from KaZaA is technically legally illegal. You are using software that is illegal, but actually downloading it is not, but the moment you share it you are in violation of the law. . . depening on who you ask, you are breaking the law just p2ping.

That is totally BS ,who told u this ? and where u read it ? :p
do u even know what is called file sharing , dont just quote anything from the web, filesharing is not illegal :shame: but yes downloading mp3s which are copyrighted is illegal ,but the software is not illegal ,

i will put it this way for you , a knife in a doctors hand ,and a knife in a butchers hand , what will both do ? so u cant blame the knife , it depends on how u use it :p

of course it is illegal to download and use software you do not have a license for, unless it doesn't need a liscense. it is called theft. I think this is what all these people have intended. loosen up guys, what's in being unfriendly with each other. be more professional in your industry.
 
Oh no no, i dont wanna be unfriendly just asking this because a few days ago i had a similar situation with a client :)

If your site is hosted within the US, your content must be legal under US laws regardless of what Indian laws say. If your hosts gets a complaint, they will have to shut you down unless you wish to fight your case in court

BTW Im an Indian too & our Servers are also in US, So we have to follow the US Rules.

Network Performance

He is not intending to spread pirated software of any stuff
just gonna host klite software and maybe some sharing of files associated with p2p
P2p is absolutely legal except for some unauthorised client programs
Kazaa, and associated, Bearshare, shareaza and edonkey are registered and allowed p2p clients

Kazaa is now totally legal
