Need a Chinese allowed host

Hi, I came here to see if someone could help me, I don't have a site now (because I just kept using free hosting and now all gone), I want a PHP supported site, 100M or more webspace and at least 2 mysql database(better no limit for mysql space), and more than 1GB b/w, and I'm gonna use Simplified Chinese on this site, anyone can help? I don't want to post anything on any forums. Thanks!
