I don't need much, roughly 1-3 gb will do: if i exceed that limit then i am willing to pay for extra webspace.

I want to use it to for free webspace [as long as i am making profit, or balancing the books] which i am planning to put ads on each page [I u wish to provide me with ads, even better], however my main focus is on paid hosting which i have calculate would be my main source of revenue in the long run.

i don't mind sharing profits, but preferably not.

By not wanting to share revenue on an account that we would provide you for free is not going to get you alot of offers. There is no benefit to a host with webspace for a site that makes them no money.
