Need a Free Webhost - With Special Privlages

Alright, I need a webhost that is lienient or whatever. I need a webhost that gives out good space, and bandwidth, and ftp. Not only that, but I need a host that allows you to host hacking related matter.

Oh, and did I mention that I need it to be free?

Why do you need a webhost who is lenient? I don't think there's anything u can do except get paid hosting for your type of website.

Sytes.net brings up a no-ip.com error page which leads me to belive that you are hosting from you own pc.

Well, it really depends what you want to host.
I mean if your gunna be hosting warez, then you shood host it on your own pc.
But, i know people have hacker sites with 100webspace.com, and hostultra might, coz someone told me that he used to have a warez site.
