need a place to run my "Top sites"

hi,
i am looking for a free webspace to run my topsites.

the script is in cgi.

these are my requirements


space : 5mb - 20 mb is fine.

cgi support required. if php and ssi are also available fine. but cgi is required.

sub domain. - any kinda of subdomain. (xxx.com/myname, xxx.com/xx/myname . no problem).

ads : preferably no ads, but popup is fine.

email or more specifically. send mail function for the cgi scripts.
at present i have my site in f2s.com, but there is alimitation in the sendmail. it seems i cannot send more than 100 mails over a period of 3-4 days.
they said that is the acceptable limit.

i do not want to risk it incase it exceeds.

upload : anything.

is there is anything which comes to this.?


PS. don't have a problem with adult hosts as long as they do not put any kind of ad banners., popup,popunders, watermark. etc...

i have an account there also

i have an account there also.
but what the t35 people are saying that if my(any) site has 80% of its content as cgi scripts/boards etc.. without any proper content it will be deleted.

i have my main site in f2s

and i want this to be an added feature.

so i am trying hard for it.
