Need a remotely hosted mySQL database

I need a MySQL database for my blog. My host for my site has mySQL but they're hard to contact or I would ask them if I could remotely host databases. All I need is a database with a username and pass, just the normal stuff. Good uptime would be nice and phpmyadmin as well. If phpmyadmin isnt available, I can create tables and stuff using php so thats okay. All the database is for is my blog script which i'm trying to script using a tutorial i found.

Why don't you just have hosting with a mySQL database?

he already have a hosting account with some other host i think
and he might not want to move everything over

I'd just keep trying to contact them if I were you, remote access to MySQL has a variety of security issues.

I think www.moonfreehost.com does that.
But if you search google, you'll find a lot of other mysql hosts.
