Need a small host

I want to play around with php a little and I just need a basic host with these specs
No ads (there would be no use even with ads since only i would be visiting)
~10mb space
100mb bandwidth would be fine, maybe even less
FTP
PHP
MySQL (optional, if I don't get any, I don't mind)
Like I said, it's just going to be for testing scripts. Just simple ones.
Btw, instant activation is preffered

Then try clubhost.us... It's will be pretty hard if you are using it to play around with PHP...
