I've seen you post in 3 forums now (including this one), and I think it is safe to say that NO ONE is going to "sponsor" your pay-to-click site. If you wish to scrape a few bucks out, and maybe offer a valid* return of some sort, a host might be willing to help you.
Nothing in life is free.. Especially when you try to earn some money from it.
*That DOES not include putting a banner up on your site. The people going to your site are there for easy money just like you, so what makes you think a host is willing let you purposely exploit them?
