i m new in field of dedicated hosting so i want cheapest dedicated server for testing and learing about how to work on it. i have found one host www.vrtservers.net which can provide dedi for $49. Now place your offer but all offer should cheaper then previous offer and remember i need it only for testing.

Have you tried a VPS, they have near enough the same configuration options as a dedicated server. :)
