CPU: Highest possible within budget (preferred dual core)
RAM: 512MB (2x 256)
HDD: 20GB
Bandwidth: 200GB
Line: 100Mbps
Budget: $40/mo.

Notes:
- I don't want servers that block isp, as I was with a server that all Australian residents cannot access.
- I don't need cpanel or any additional junk, just plain OS and ssh.
- Preferred if can install CentOS minimal or Debian minimal.

cfhdev, your plan looks good, but I don't need that much Hard Drive and bandwidth, can make it cheaper for 20GB and 200GB bandwidth? Or is that the minimum? Also is the port 100Mbps?
