My site has grown beyond all expectations and I'm in dire need of a new host. I'm only a poor student so I doubt I can offer more than 60 dollars a year, the cheaper the better too.

I'll need the following:

At least 150 megs of space, preferable 200 or more
At least 10 gigs of bandwith
PHP
MySQL
CPanel, and most of the stuff I can work on in it
I generally check my email with Horde or Squirellmail
I look at my stats daily, I like awstats but I'm fairly sure I could install it myself
Forums allowed, I have seen many great hosts that don't allow forums
Videos allowed, I have 4 videos my visitors want to see, current space doesn't allow for it

I probably forgot a thing or two but most hosts probably offer it anyway. Thanks if anyone can help.
