Need reliable host

I'm in search of a reliable host for hosting my personal site. The site is completely personal, no illegal content, no porno, no warez or cracks. The site is purely about me and my friends.
The specifications i need are

50 MB
1 Admin FTP
3 FTP accounts
Online File Manager
Online Editor
PHP

Those are my basic with which i can adjust.

I dont want any popups, but i can keep Text links or Button links or host's ads . Not as a banner, i'll arrange it synchronized with my site design.

I have no domain. need subdomain.
