Hi!

i want to start my own web hosting and so i need a reseller account with following :

5gb Webspace
20-30 gb bandwith
FTP Accounts
Autoresponders
Email Forwarders
Mailing Lists
Web based file manager
PHP
MySQL databases
SSI
Custom error pages
Webmail/POP3
Password Protection
CGI-BIN

NOTE: I haven't purchased anything online so i can't trust everyone.So your company must be 3-5 years old.I will pay monthly.Please post here your prices or email me at paki76@hotmail.com

reseller with 5GB space would be quite expensive. Most only include 1Gb to 3GB space. If you want 5GB space, we can quote you the following:

5GB Space
50 GB Bandwidth
All the rest features you need
CPanel/WHM
Branding
Your own name servers
$79.95

Or if you can settle with a lower web space, we have a few plans that will suit your needs. They are a much better value ratio, you may upgrade them as you grow.

I am sorry but your hosting plan is very very expensive .I got many offers from other hosts.There plans was from $10-$35 max.

For 5GB of space and 50GB of monthly data transfer? You will certainly get what you pay for ;)

I wont even go into my usual maths usage for this ... but to say the least its possible but not viable in my honest view to offer that kind of package for $10, possibly $35 but that depends on your costs.

Try someone like http://www.httpme.com they're a well respected reseller host.

I never asked what you think and thanks i got a host(not httpme.com).

The plan i was getting in $10 was 2gb space and 20gb bandwith and in $30-$35 i was getting 5gb space and 20-75 gb bandwith and all hosts are three years old.

So thats why i was asking about the price of 2gb space and 20gb bandwith from Vegs.So please read all posts before posting your comments(which i don't need).

Well since you got your host now, you probably wont need my quote anymore but for 2GB, 20G Bandwidth, our rates are $34.95.

Feel free to check out our ResellerPlus if your host didn't work out. BTW which host did you go with? $10 for 2G and 20GB bandwidth seems to be way overselling for reseller hosting.

Seems like you gave up quality for cost. Let's hope you don't regret that.

Just because a host offers more for less, that doesn't always mean better for less. With quality comes price and with price comes quality.

But it's ok if you wanna think that a Hyundi is the same car as a BMW, although a BMW was twice as much, you feel you got a better deal for the same features.

Hey Friends! don't be angry .I know you people are more experienced in web hosting and showing me a right path but as i said before that i am buying online first time means its my first experience so i don't want to put so much money into .I will try host which offers me all stuff for $10 .If it fails i will definitely go for little expensive but still $34.95 is too expensive for 2gb webspace and 20gb bandwith.

Well it depends on how you look at it. This is a reseller plan, which means you will be using all the resources to the max, how many websites do you think you can fit into 1GB space and 20G bandwidth? Most sites only use a fraction of it, which means you will be filling them to max, and what overselling host fail to see is that, reseller always fill up their account to the max.

with $10, the host probably isn't making any profit, and they probably hoped you dont get any signs up and dont fill up your account so they can put more reseller account per server. Client will probably cancelled the account within a few months. This is what we called "short-term customer". Their business target is probably short-term customer. New one come in, old one goes out.

We are different, we want you to grow, get more sign ups, grow your account and hopefully getting a dedicated server from us. 90% of our customers are long term and have been with us for more than 2 years. Their business target and ours are different and thus the difference in pricing.

If we were to lower our price and oversell that bad, we probably wont be here after a year in business. $10 a month wont pay a full time tech support salary, even if you sold 100 reseller accounts. They are definately overselling really bad.

You may want to check the validity of what they claimed to be in business for 3 years. A simple whois on the domain may work.
