Need some simple PHP hosting

My friend wants to make a blog, she hasn't got much experience so I agreed to help her. I don't need much.

5mb space would be enough
Bandwidth doesn't matter much, 500mb+ would be enough
PHP Support
1 MySQL database if possible, but its optional
File Manager/Browser-Based Uploading
FTP
No Ads

I would appreciate no posting, since its not that much. I will put a text link to your site on every page in return.

The blog script that will be used is one that I scripted myself, so no GM.

I hope someone can help.
