Need Web host With Mail In Sign up.

I do not happen to have a credit card,does anyone know of a good host with mail in sign up.

Need High limits on space and bandwidth.

money not a big issue.

Can you pay with paypal? Wire Trasnfer? Money Order?

I think he probably means
"mail in" as in
mail the payment through postal service.
Most hosts will allow "mail in" with a money order, and possibly checks.
They may have stipulations such as:
Waiting until the payment is received until the account is actually setup, etc.
You would be better off emailing a potential host and ask their policies.
