Network packet sniffers

I'm lookin' around and seeing what may be the best. So far I've chosen Sniff'em. I need some opinions what you people might think is the best. Money is not an issue in this decision, so do not suggest anything free unless you really think it's top quality. If you think the one I've chosen is great, go ahead and say so, or whatever. I just want to be sure.

there used to be a version of Sniffer Pro that came with Cisco routers (Which is how i know i first used it), and it was the best at the time (about 2 years ago). I havent' found anything sinced which matched the simpleness, but if you wanted to it could get very complicated (and of course you could configure Cisco stuff with it too!).
