HDD: 2x 160GB +

BW: 2000GB+ or Unmetered 10MBs

My budget : 200$ - 250$ / month

Unmanaged & Offshore Server ( HongKong/ Germany are recommend )

To the OP: Can you speak german? I Can pull a pretty cheep german company or 2 up that offer dedicated servers, but they only speak in geman for support.

Also these guys deal in offshore dedicated servers, I belive they have a datacenter In germany too, and one in an asian contry...

Yes, Decker right, some law in US prevent my custom running site, and it still allow with Germany / HongKong Server.

I found 2 sites:
