One Login, Muiltiple Domains

My uncle has 4 websites (.coms).
When he goes to ftp, and he logs in, there are four folders with his domain names.

How would I install something like that on my own server?

So that when a customer logged in, they could ftp to more than one domain.

Usually, that depends on your web hosting provider. Ask them if your package allow add-on domains.

so that it's layed out like that, so that none of the 4 domains is the main domain under cpanel..

Hmmm, I am not really sure about that as I dont have my own DS yet. But some of my hosting accounts on Cpanel allow me to have add-on domains. Maybe it depends on your control panel.
