Outlook birthdays

I use Outlook. My contacts have birthdays, and OL puts in an annual event. :classic2: But it also puts in an alarm :rolleyes2 and it goes off at 7am :shame:

Is there a way to disable ALL alarms for birthdays? and so new ones won't be created with alarms? pirate2

Go to calendar and choose a custom view.
Group them by reminder and them by labels.
Look for the Yes reminder and then look for the Birthday labels.
Collapse all groups.
Highligh the birthday label and drag them to No reminder.

EDIT: The above is to disable all of the birthday alarms you already have much easier than doing it one by one. As for totally disabling the alarm, I think I was able to stumble through that but I already forgot how it is done.
