4. adult forum allow (with legal 18+ model and story)
5. chinese language allow
6. monthly fee less than 5usd or yearly fee less than 50usd
7. methods of paymen:mail, money order, check (i am not a card holder)
8. period of contract:at least 12 months or 1 years
9. reliable, fast, full-support will be another advance

is there any one can give me some advise? :confused4

Since you said you can send a check then you must be having a Bank Account.

Why don't you sign-up for a PayPal Account then ? Almost every host accepts it.

Your server is hosted with Layered Technologies and in the Savvis datacenter. Both of which do not allow any type of adult content. The requester of this post wants to have an adult forum online, and since it is illegal to host such a thing in the US, if hosted in the US, the owner of the site, the host, the servers reseller, and the data center can all be sued.

It's not worth the $10 that he wants for a site that can generate thousands of dollars in income.

Price isn't everything. Other things such as support quality, server specifications and uptime also have to be factored in.
