I think there is a few but I am not sure which ones if any. I think I have heard them being mentioned a few times.

www.clicksor.com i have found to be the best.

For around 100 clicks its paid $9.96 which IMO is a pretty good payout

It depends on the type of ads you website will be displaying but I find that Fastclick is pretty good.

FastClick denied me, and I get a good 2000 hits a day.
