PHP + MySQL or Perl, 20 megs of space, unmetered transfer/3+ gigs, decently reliable?

I was just looking around... didn't find any that really worked well .

wz.cz looked good... but.. well.. lets just say they have some problems (the 2 mb sql db was a problem, i overloaded it with a few hundred kb of news and they deleted my entire account as well as minor seed issues.

I stopped caring about my site except for content.. is there such a host? Either language (if php, mysql) will do..
