Is this anything MORE than a FORUM? We normally don't do "forum reviews" here.

Well, we took down the "site" part so we can transfer all the files quickly to the new server. Currently it's just a "forum", with integrated stuff to it, but over time parts of the site will be reviewed, updated, and put back on.
