There is a lot of work to do here!

1. Why do the foreign pages throw a graphic that says "I am a lousy bandwidth thief - don't trust me!" ??

2. All your work has gone into Tamil Talk, so on your first page above, there is reflexively "nothing" to say about a page that spends its entire front page telling users to go away! Find someplace to put the computer article, and then the entire rest of the page will fit onto a single "about" page.
