just wondering what kind of sites are most popular now?, thats all *shrugs*. Anyone knows? :chinese2:

Yeah, they're popular to make, but does anyone care to read them?
Maybe it's just me but all this "E. called. Decided we would meet K. for lunch tomorrow" bore me stiff. :confused2

Blogs are quite boring. Mostly I think it's a thing that you do and tell your friends to read it because they would get all the inside jokes and understand the writing better since they probally know the people. But this is dumb because most likely you've already told your friends how your day went or they might have been there to see it so why would they want to read it again? Basically a blog is just something people do to make them feel like they're more important because they have an entire website dedicated to them and their life :p.

The thing about blogs that I hate, are that they are all so identical, yet peddled to be individual. Whatever happened to real creativity? I hate it when sites all look the same. You know which ones I mean, they all have THIS stupid layout:

Entrance Banner

POP UP | NO POPUP

IE | No Netscape | 1024x768 | css | Comet Cursor | Love for ME!

This is a SPARKLE PRODUCTION copyright 2002

I'd rather visit a white times new roman page with blue links than that.

Kind of the same as all those PHPnuke sites. They all look alike. ;)

Web logs. "Diary on the net" - template software, just fill in what you want to say type of thing.
Glad someone explained that. I was nearly going to ask in website reviews when someone want a blog thingy reviewed.

Tacky :confused2

BLogs aren't really as convenient as they advertise it to be...you can input and upload info from scratch as fast as you can blog.

I just noticed on the darker message box that there is little white things above :confused2, bit like someone else not seeing the flame on the :fork: </off topic>

Actually, I think they can be good tools. Only most people that use them write uninteresting nonsense about themselves, mostly what they have improved on their site. "Changed the top border from dark blue to see green". Yay.

See the big ones.
